Solos & Duals: The Ultimate Dedication
Competing in solos and duals is not for the faint of heart. These cadets go above and beyond, pushing themselves to master their routines with unmatched precision, creativity, and skill.

What sets them apart? Dedication. While the team reports for practice at 5:45 AM every day, solo and dual competitors are already on the drill floor by 5:00 AM, putting in extra reps to perfect their craft. And it doesn’t stop there—they train in their free time, often daily, sacrificing hours to sharpen their movements, improve their technique, and elevate their performance to an elite level.

Though their scores don’t contribute to the overall team standings, they compete for individual medals at both local meets and Nationals in Daytona Beach. Their motivation isn’t just about winning—it’s about pushing personal limits and striving for excellence.

These are some of the most dedicated cadets on the team, proving that true champions are made in the extra hours, the unseen work, and the relentless pursuit of perfection.
